· The Management ID and Association ID are required to make all online payments.
· The Management ID for all communities is 3130.
· You may find your Association ID in the list below in orange next to your community name. It is in alphabetical order.
· If you have previously set up recurring payments using our previous online payment partner you will need to set it up again with our new partner.
· Payments can be made using all major credit cards ($14.95 convenience fee) or echecks (no extra charge).
· You may also mail your payment directly to the bank. Please make the check payable to your association and mail to:
