Our Opportunities

Community Manager

As Community Manager, you will work closely with board members to manage the operations of a portfolio of Community Associations. You will facilitate community meetings including preparation, attendance, and implementation of decisions made. You will be responsible for contract management, and preventive and emergency maintenance projects, including scoping and bidding. You will attend industry training and events to ensure you are up to date on designations, best practices, and laws governing the industry. 

 

Assistant Community Manager

As Assistant Community Manager, you will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure smooth operation of a portfolio of Community Associations. You will provide 5 star customer service to each homeowner you interact with in person, over the phone, and by email. You are responsible for visiting each community monthly and recording deed restriction violations, as well as processing all home improvement applications. 
 

Community Accountant

As Community Accountant, you are responsible for financial management of a portfolio of Community Associations. You will perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions and prepare financial reports on a monthly basis. You will play an active role in the assessment collection process including phone calls from homeowners to discuss past due accounts. You will assist in the budget development process and will perform administrative duties relating to ownership changes 
 

Drive Assistant

As Drive Assistant, you will provide clerical and administrative support of community operations. You will accompany Assistant Community Managers daily to visit communities and will spend most of your working day using a laptop while in a moving vehicle. In office time will be spent assisting the Office Manager with various tasks including but not limited to mailroom, amenity key distribution, and scanning.
